Don't you love that title? I do. There was a time in my life when I wouldn't have ~ when I wasn't concerned about how I treated others or for that matter, myself. I'm glad I changed and so did my life. It's a happier place now. It might not always be filled with sunshine and lollipops but at least I learned to see them in the most unlikely of places.
Today's lollipop is a followup post to my "
The Beholder", written by Kinga, titled
All's Well That Ends Well. Needless to say the last 3 paragraphs had me wading in tears of humility and gratitude.
I hope you're finding your own lollipops this weekend!
Best~
Oh yeah, that's what it's all about -- can we get a chorus from Aretha??? R. E. S. P. E. C. T.!!! xoxox

ReplyDeleteYou deserve every bit of the kindness she gave. Wonderful lollipop, my friend.
ReplyDeleteIt'll be hard to find sunshine and lollipops to a Monday morning. But I'll try hard. Hopefully, since I have to go around, they'll come around!
ReplyDeleteYou've got a point Jay ~ although I can't help but wonder, just because something is, does it really have to be? Personally I like making Mondays something to look forward to, Friday the 13ths ~ great days, and so on. Defying the odds can be... well, different.. and that's not always bad. We can choose to see that glass with a little more and if it isn't, top it off ourselves.
